A product that has to be explained
PEP Terapi sells Acapella and similar PEP (positive expiratory pressure) devices. These help clear secretions from the airways, and a significant share of buyers are purchasing one for the first time.
That makes it unlike a standard e-commerce problem. The visitor does not know which model to choose, wants to understand how the device is used, and has to work out which accessory or spare part fits which model. Getting the product explanation and the model-accessory relationship right matters as much as the checkout flow.
What we built
The site was built from scratch on WordPress and WooCommerce. The catalogue separates devices from accessories, and which accessory belongs to which device is defined in the product structure — which cuts down on wrong-part orders.
Payment infrastructure, shipping and e-invoice integrations were set up. Marketplace channels were added and connected under the group panel.
Synchronisation across the group
PEP Terapi is a brand of the same company as Açık Medikal and PAPILEX+. The three share a warehouse and their product ranges partly overlap.
Stock and price synchronisation was consolidated into one panel covering all three. With medical devices, overselling does not just mean a cancelled order — it means keeping a patient in ongoing treatment waiting. That is why synchronisation received the most attention in this project.
Server, maintenance and infrastructure
Server management, regular maintenance, email infrastructure and domain management are on our side.
Measurement and visibility
Tracking infrastructure was set up and connected to the group KPI dashboard. We run Google and Meta ad management.
On the SEO side, product-name searches and purpose-driven searches were routed to different pages; the GEO work focuses on making that content surface in the right context in AI search.
Ongoing work
The project started in 2025 and continues, with catalogue expansion, content production and ad management still running.
