A boutique hotel with scattered channels
Muyo House is a boutique hotel in Urla, set among nature. In hospitality, sales never arrive from one place: the hotel’s own site, international booking platforms, local tour operators and short-term rental sites all sell the same rooms at the same time.
Each channel has its own panel, and the rooms sit in those panels unaware of one another. Selling the same room twice — overbooking — is a common outcome. The cost is heavy: a guest who has already arrived has to be turned away.
Channel management
We set up the hotel management system infrastructure and connected the channels the hotel sells through: Booking, Expedia, Hotels.com, Airbnb, ETS Tur and Jolly Tur.
Availability is now managed from a single calendar. Whichever channel a reservation comes from, the room closes across all the others — which removed the overbooking risk.
This is the same problem we solve on the e-commerce side, where it is called overselling. We described multi-channel stock synchronisation in the Açık Medikal project; here the inventory is a room-night rather than a product, but the engineering is unchanged.
Site and content management
The website and CMS infrastructure were built from scratch. The hotel team can update room types, images and copy themselves.
In hospitality, visual presentation decides most of the booking decision, so the page structure and image flow were designed around that, and the path from landing to the reservation step was kept short. The same approach guides our corporate website work.
Guest experience systems
QR code restaurant menu. The hotel restaurant’s menu is accessible via a QR code. Changing the menu requires no reprinting, and updates appear immediately.
QR code guest feedback. A system collects guest feedback during the stay. The practical benefit is simple: a problem surfaces before the guest leaves, so there is a chance to fix it — instead of first reading about it in a platform review.
Measurement and demand
Server-side tracking infrastructure was set up. In hospitality the booking journey spreads across several channels and devices, so it mattered that measurement was not held back by browser restrictions.
We took over Google Business Profile management — a large share of hotel searches comes through maps. Google and Meta ad management is also on our side.
Server, maintenance and infrastructure
Server management and regular maintenance are on our side. Updates, backups and performance monitoring run continuously, so the client never has to deal with a separate hosting company when something goes wrong.
Email infrastructure and domain management are ours too. Corporate email accounts, domain renewals and DNS settings are handled from one place.
Ongoing work
The project started in 2025 and continues. Work on channel management, advertising and content is still running.
