Making an abstract service concrete
Edepola provides personal storage in Istanbul. The customer hands over their belongings and takes them back when needed.
The sales problem here is an interesting one: the customer has to be comfortable leaving their possessions somewhere they have never seen. In storage the real question is not price but trust — where will it be kept, is it secure, can I get to it when I want.
On top of that the service itself is abstract. A visitor does not know how much space they need or understand what the price is based on. The site had to remove both uncertainties: show what kind of facility this is, and make the logic of the pricing understandable.
What we built
The corporate site was built on WordPress. The page structure was arranged to explain the service types and the pricing logic, with visual storytelling about the facility and the process brought to the front.
The request flow was designed so a visitor can describe what they need and get in touch without friction.
Measurement
Tracking infrastructure was set up with Google Tag Manager. In a service like storage, where the decision period is long, a visitor usually submits a request after several visits; seeing which channel started that journey required the measurement to be set up correctly.
The same problem shape appears in the Mavi Depo project, where a technical service is also sold through quote requests rather than an online basket.
Project status
The work was done in 2024. Our service within the scope of this project is complete; we are no longer actively working with the brand.
