ideasoft is a long-running Turkish-market commerce SaaS used by thousands of stores. Most local commerce needs — payments, shipping, e-invoicing for Turkish market regulatory compliance — are handled out of the box. If you’re an international brand reading this page, the most likely reason is that you’re planning to operate in or sell into Türkiye and want a platform that already speaks the local rules.
For genuinely global launches without a Türkiye focus, you’d more likely shortlist platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify or ikas. We’re happy to run that comparison with you.

Our approach: choose the right tool first, then set it up
We’re independent — not an ideasoft reseller. Discovery comes first: your catalog, current systems, growth plans and target markets. If ideasoft is the best fit, we recommend it and build it. If something else would serve you better, we’ll tell you. Either way the license is registered to you and stays with you.
Once a platform is chosen, we handle setup, integrations, training and ongoing support, but accounts, data and any source code we write belong to you.
Types of integrations we deliver
Most ideasoft projects involve a combination of:
- Accounting and ERP integration. ideasoft has its own e-invoice module for local compliance. Two-way sync with accounting platforms or enterprise ERPs usually needs a custom connector or middleware. We design, build and monitor it.
- Payment gateways. Default regional gateways are wired in. We add or replace gateways where needed (multi-currency, alternative payment methods, custom risk rules).
- Shipping and logistics. Standard local carriers are integrated. For niche carriers, custom shipping logic or 3PL handoffs we build the integration and reconcile tracking events back into ideasoft.
- Marketplace integration. ideaConnect handles regional marketplaces like Trendyol, Hepsiburada and N11, plus Amazon. We set it up, build channel-specific catalog rules, and resolve sync edge cases. See our Amazon integrations page if Amazon is your priority channel.
- Analytics and tracking. ideasoft’s built-in stats are basic. For real e-commerce analytics we set up GA4 enhanced ecommerce, GTM containers, Meta Pixel with Conversions API, and custom event tracking through the theme.
Setup process and timeline
A typical ideasoft engagement looks like:
- Discovery (1 week). Confirm the platform fit, agree on package and integrations.
- Build (3 to 6 weeks). Configuration, theme work, integrations, marketplace setup, analytics.
- Launch and stabilise (2 to 4 weeks). Go-live, training, monitoring and a hypercare window.
Migrations into ideasoft (or off it) add a planning phase for data, URL and SEO transfer — plan for four to eight extra weeks.
When ideasoft is not the right fit
ideasoft is built for a specific context. Consider alternatives if:
- You need a fully custom checkout or headless frontend. WooCommerce or a headless build will give you more freedom.
- Your priority is global reach and a large app marketplace. Shopify is usually a stronger international fit.
- A modern, mobile-first managed UX is critical. ikas tends to feel more contemporary out of the box.
- Your business rules are highly specialized. If no SaaS maps to your workflow cleanly, custom software is the honest answer.
