What Ticimax is, and where it fits
Ticimax is a long-established Turkish-market commerce SaaS used by thousands of stores. Local needs — payments, shipping, e-invoicing for Turkish market regulatory compliance — are handled out of the box. The platform’s particular strength is running B2B and B2C in parallel on the same store, which is the main reason most of our clients shortlist it.
If you’re reading this page in English, the most likely reason is that you’re operating in or expanding into Türkiye and want a platform with strong B2B capabilities. For purely international launches without a Türkiye focus, platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify or ikas are usually a closer fit; we’re happy to compare them.
Our approach: choose the right tool first, then set it up
We’re an independent consultancy and integrator, not a Ticimax reseller. Discovery comes first: catalog, channels, B2B vs B2C balance, ERP, growth plans. If Ticimax is the right fit we recommend it and build it. If something else would serve you better, we’ll tell you. Either way the license is registered to you.
Once a platform is chosen, the license, account, data and any source code we write belong to you. We deliver setup, integrations, training and maintenance, but you’re never locked into us.
Why Ticimax for B2B + B2C
Ticimax’s combined B2B and B2C model is the differentiator. On a single store you can:
- Run public B2C product browsing and purchase
- Gate B2B-only catalogs, prices and discounts behind authenticated accounts
- Apply customer-segment pricing, MOQ rules and order limits
- Issue dealer-specific catalogs and price lists
- Manage multi-user accounts on the buyer side (purchasing officer, approver, accountant)
Most platforms force you to choose between B2B and B2C, or stitch them together with apps. Ticimax handles both as first-class concerns. If your model is hybrid wholesale plus retail, that’s the main reason to shortlist it.
Types of integrations we deliver
Most Ticimax projects involve some combination of:
- Accounting and ERP integration. Ticimax has an e-invoice module for local compliance. Two-way sync with external accounting platforms or enterprise ERPs is built as a custom connector or middleware.
- Payment gateways. Standard regional gateways are built in. We configure additional gateways or custom risk rules where needed.
- Shipping and logistics. Default local carriers are integrated. For niche carriers, custom rate rules or 3PL handoffs we build the integration and reconcile tracking events.
- Marketplace integration. Ticimax connects to regional marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11) and Amazon. We handle the more advanced scenarios — multi-channel stock sync, channel-specific pricing, B2B catalog segmentation.
- Analytics and tracking. Default Ticimax reporting is basic. For real marketing analytics we set up GA4 enhanced ecommerce, GTM containers, Meta Pixel with Conversions API and custom event tracking.
- B2B advanced rules. Beyond the default package: complex approval flows, credit limit management, dealer-specific reporting, custom checkout for B2B users.
Setup process and timeline
A typical Ticimax engagement runs in three phases:
- Discovery (1 week). Confirm platform fit, define B2B scope, agree on integration list.
- Build (3 to 8 weeks). Configuration, theme work, B2B rules, integrations, analytics. Length depends heavily on B2B complexity.
- Launch and stabilise (2 to 4 weeks). Go-live, training, monitoring and a hypercare window.
Migrations into or off Ticimax add a planning phase for data, URL and SEO transfer — plan four to eight extra weeks for that.
When Ticimax is not the right fit
Ticimax is strong in its niche but not universal. Consider alternatives if:
- You need a fully managed global storefront with the largest app marketplace. Shopify is usually a better international fit.
- You want full ownership and source-code control. WooCommerce on your own hosting gives you that, with more operational responsibility.
- You’re a pure B2C brand and want a more modern UX out of the box. ikas tends to feel more contemporary by default.
- Your workflow is highly specialized. If no SaaS maps cleanly to your operation, custom software is the honest answer.
We’ll run the comparison honestly during discovery — see e-commerce solutions for how we approach platform selection.
