The catalogue itself is the problem
Hello Minaste sells natural stones, incense, candles, aromatherapy products and palo santo. The catalogue is not one product family: it is dozens of small, unrelated items, a long list of sub-categories and a range that keeps changing.
With a catalogue like this the difficulty is not the number of products but whether a visitor can find what they came for. Customers usually search for a need rather than a brand or a product name — “what should I burn to focus”, “which stone does what”. The category structure had to be built around that way of thinking.
The second difficulty is the price range. Most items are low value; what carries the basket average is not a single product but several bought together. The site structure was designed with that in mind.
The infrastructure we built
We built the site on WordPress and WooCommerce. How WooCommerce connects to other systems is described on our integration page. The category tree was structured so it can be browsed by purpose as well as by product type, and related product suggestions on product pages were arranged to support buying several items together.
Payment, shipping and e-invoicing. Virtual POS brought card and instalment options, shipping integration automated dispatch and tracking, and e-invoice integration took over the invoicing process.
Marketplace integration. Beyond its own site, the range is also sold on marketplace channels such as Trendyol and Hepsiburada. Stock and prices are managed from one panel, and a sale in one channel is reflected in the others. With small, fast-moving items that synchronisation stops cancelled orders before they happen.
Visibility
Tracking infrastructure was set up, and we run Meta ad management. Because the product group is visual and discovery-led, Instagram is more decisive for this brand than search engines.
In the SEO and GEO work, informational content matters as much as product pages: people research what a product is for before buying, and those searches usually start with a question rather than a purchase.
Server, maintenance and infrastructure
Server management and regular maintenance are on our side. Updates, backups and performance monitoring run continuously, so the client never has to deal with a separate hosting company when something goes wrong.
Email infrastructure and domain management are ours too. Corporate email accounts, domain renewals and DNS settings are handled from one place.
Ongoing work
This is one of the oldest projects we work on. It started in 2019, and as the catalogue widens the infrastructure keeps developing with it.
