What is being sold is not a product, it is trust
Mavi Depo does water tank insulation and waterproofing. Its customers are apartment buildings, workplaces, factories, schools and hospitals.
In this kind of service the visitor is not adding a product to a basket; they have a problem and are trying to decide who will solve it. The decision usually is not one person’s either — a building manager, an operations manager or a technical lead collects several quotes.
So the site’s job is not persuasion. It is to give enough information and make the contact step easy. How the work is done, what stages it goes through and which areas are covered all have to be clear.
Water tank insulation also involves an application that comes into contact with drinking water; whether the material used is suitable is one of the first questions a visitor asks.
What we built
We built the corporate site from scratch on WordPress. The page structure was split into service type and service area, so a visitor can quickly see both what the work involves and whether their own area is covered.
The quote flow. The site’s conversion point is the quote form. Where the form sits in the page flow, how much information it asks for and how it behaves on mobile were all arranged so the request does not get abandoned halfway. In technical services a large share of visitors arrive on mobile, usually at the moment the problem is happening.
Measurement and the demand side
Tracking infrastructure was set up through Google Tag Manager, making it measurable which channel brings in quote requests. In lead-driven work that measurement is the only sound data behind decisions about where the ad budget goes.
We run ad management. The SEO and GEO work focuses on making service and area pages findable in local searches — search intent in this category is very explicit and close to conversion.
Server, maintenance and infrastructure
Management and regular maintenance of the hosting server sit with us. Updates, backups and performance monitoring run without interruption; when something goes wrong the client does not have to deal with a separate hosting company.
Email infrastructure and domain management are ours as well. Corporate email accounts, domain renewals and DNS settings are all handled from one place.
Ongoing work
The project started in 2024 and continues.
