The AI agent that takes customer service off your desk
Ask It Me crawls and learns your brand and your website, then answers incoming questions from your own content with the source cited. It runs as a widget on your site and across WhatsApp, Instagram DM and Messenger, and captures the contact details people leave along the way.
What it does
Who it is for: Ecommerce stores whose message volume has outgrown the team, SaaS products with sprawling documentation, and service businesses that want incoming enquiries qualified.
The problem it solves
Most customer questions are the same questions: when does it ship, is this compatible with that, how long do I have to return it, where is that setting. The answers are usually written down somewhere already. But customers do not go looking for them, they send a message. And the messages do not arrive on one channel. They arrive on the site, on WhatsApp and on Instagram at the same time.
The result is a team spending its day on repeats. Outside working hours the question simply waits, and the purchase often waits with it.
A general-purpose chatbot does not solve this, because it does not know your products or your policies. And when it fills the gap by guessing, it makes things worse: a bot that quotes the wrong delivery time is worse than no bot at all.
How it works
Ask It Me learns your brand first. It crawls your website, processes the documents you upload (PDF, Word, Markdown, plain text) and builds a knowledge base that belongs to you.
When a question comes in, the answer is produced from that knowledge base only, and the page it rests on is shown. Asked something the content does not cover, it does not invent an answer. As your content changes, scheduled crawls keep the knowledge base current.
The same agent works across channels: the widget that embeds on your site with one snippet, plus WhatsApp, Instagram DM and Messenger. Wherever the question arrives from, the answer comes from the same knowledge base, so the channels never tell people different things.
When someone leaves contact details during a conversation, that record lands in the agent’s own CRM. A support channel doubles as an enquiry channel.
Who uses it
Ecommerce stores use it for product, delivery and returns questions, SaaS products for documentation, and service businesses and agencies to qualify incoming enquiries. What they have in common is that the answer was already written down, and the real work is putting it in front of someone at the right moment, on the right channel.
