The particular problem of a one-product store

PAPILEX+ is an AHCC-based supplement brand positioned around immune support against HPV infections. The catalogue is not wide — the job is not managing many products but explaining one product properly.

That is a different design problem from a multi-product store. Visitors do not browse categories; a single page has to carry the information, the usage guidance and the purchase decision together. The page must be informative and commercial at once, without either getting in the way of the other.

With a health-related product the language also needs care: this is a supplement, not a medicine. Keeping that distinction intact was the main constraint on the content side.

What we built

The site was built from scratch on WordPress and WooCommerce. The product page, order flow and checkout steps were simplified around single-product selling.

On the operations side it was connected to the same infrastructure as the rest of the group: payment, shipping and e-invoice integrations were set up and marketplace channels were added.

Synchronisation across the group

PAPILEX+ does not operate as a standalone store. Açık Medikal and PEP Terapi are brands of the same company, drawing from the same warehouse.

Stock and price data for all three brands was consolidated into a single panel. A sale in one channel reduces stock in the others, which removed the risk of overselling between brands. How that synchronisation was built is described in more detail in the Açık Medikal project.

Server, maintenance and infrastructure

Server management, regular maintenance, email infrastructure and domain management are all handled by us.

Measurement and visibility

Tracking infrastructure was set up and connected to the group-wide KPI dashboard. We run Google and Meta ad management, and SEO and GEO work continues.

Search behaviour around this product is interesting: people rarely search the brand name — they search the ingredient and the purpose. The content structure was built around that.

Ongoing work

The project started in 2025 and continues, with content development, ad management and marketplace expansion still under way.
