People want to try before they enrol
RU Sahne Sanatları is a studio teaching dance and ballet in the Cihangir district of Istanbul.
In arts education the purchase decision is not made in one step. Nobody signs up for a year-long course after browsing a website; they want to see the space first, meet the instructor, take a class. When a parent is enrolling a child, the decision takes even longer.
That is why the site’s conversion goal is not enrolment but the first contact: a trial class or an information request. That distinction shaped the page structure directly — visual storytelling that conveys the studio’s atmosphere was brought forward alongside the price and schedule information.
This project sits in the same sector as Urla Orfeus Sanat but answers a different need. There, a system was built to carry the school’s daily operation; here the focus is the site itself and the demand flow.
What we built
We designed the website, built the booking screen and took on server management. The priority was getting the visitor to the class schedule and the booking step quickly.
Measurement and advertising
Server-side tracking infrastructure was set up. In services with a long decision cycle a visitor usually converts after several visits; seeing which channel started that journey requires the measurement to be correct.
We run Google Ads management. Intent in local service searches is explicit: the user is looking for a course in their own neighbourhood.
Server, maintenance and infrastructure
Management and regular maintenance of the hosting server sit with us. Updates, backups and performance monitoring run without interruption; when something goes wrong the client does not have to deal with a separate hosting company.
Email infrastructure and domain management are ours as well. Corporate email accounts, domain renewals and DNS settings are all handled from one place.
Ongoing work
The project started in 2024 and continues.
