1.1 Face Data (Mobile Apps Only): When you upload or capture a photo, we generate a facial embedding to compare with our internal character database. The original photo and embedding are not stored, not reused, and not shared. They are deleted within 1 second after processing.

1.2 Device & Usage Data (Apps and Website): We may collect anonymized technical data such as device model, OS version, browser type, and interaction events to improve performance and stability.

1.3 Cookies & Analytics (Website Only): We use cookies and services like Google Analytics to understand traffic on zeisoft.com. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Data

Face data is only used to compute a temporary embedding and show a similarity result. It is never used for training, analytics, ads, or profiling. Website analytics data helps us optimize content and performance.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Face data is processed in memory and never saved to disk. It is permanently deleted within 1 second. Website usage data may be stored by third-party analytics providers (e.g., Google) per their retention policies.

We do not share face data or personal data with any third parties. Only non-personal technical data may be shared with service providers (e.g., Apple, Firebase, Google) to ensure app and site performance.
